• A factual error in an entry, such as a hotel that has closed, changed its name or lost a facility we mention.
• A hotel you think fits one of the four categories well. We read every suggestion, though not every one leads to an entry.
• Questions about how the index is put together, or about this site's privacy practices.

What we cannot help with

We do not take bookings, hold rooms, sell stays or pass messages to hotels. For reservations, changes, cancellations or questions about a stay, please contact the hotel itself. We are not able to resolve disputes between guests and properties.
